Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to about 200ºC.
  2. Grease a muffin tin or arrange cake cases on a tray.
  3. Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa together. An electric whisk is useful here but it can be done with a wooden spoon.
  4. Mash the bananas in a seperate bowl.
  5. Using an electric whisk/wooden spoon, mix eggs and low fat spread into the bananas.
  6. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ones and add the grated chocolate. Ensure all ingredients are well mixed then pour mixture into muffin tin or cake cases.
  7. Bake for about twenty minutes.
