Ingredients:

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 delmonte ripe bananas , mashed
  • 160 g flour and 1 tsp baking pwd , sifted

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 deg
  2. Beat the butter and the sugar .
  3. Add the eggs one by one and the ginger juice .
  4. Fold in the sifted flour .
  5. Bake 60 mins
