Banana Bread Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup soymilk (vanilla soy milk is the best!) or 1/2 cup dairy milk ( vanilla soy milk is the best!)
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well, mashing up banana if desired.
  2. Chill overnight or heat in microwave for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir well.
  4. If chilling overnight, eat cold.
  5. Otherwise, eat immediately!
