Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream the butter and brown sugar until creamed.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla and mashed banana and beat again until well combined.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Add flour mixture to the beaten mixture and mix well.
  6. Stir in oats and chopped walnuts.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for about about ten minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a couple minutes before moving to a wire rack.
