Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  3. Measure all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  4. Beat on medium speed for 15 seconds.
  5. Add bananas.
  6. Mix gently.
  7. Pour into pan.
  8. Bake 50-60 min.
