Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease muffin pans (or line cups with paper liners).
  2. Sift dry ingredients together; add the rest and mix lightly.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
