Ingredients:

  • 1 cup suar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degreese
  2. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
  3. Cream the shortening and sugar at medium speed
  4. Add eggs one at a time mix well
  5. Add bananas and mix well
  6. Add he soda salt flour and mix well
  7. Add nuts and chocloate chips
  8. The dough will be sticky ...pour into a pan and bake about an hour or untill center is brown and set
