Small Batch Chocolate-Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/175°C.
  2. Cream butter and sugars together.
  3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until well combined.
  5. Stir in chips.
  6. Drop dessertspoons full onto cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden.
