Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F Grease and flour 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  2. Measure all ingredients into large bowl and beat, scraping sides.
  3. Pour into pans.
  4. Bake 55-65 min or til wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from pan. Cool.
