Banana, Apricot and Date Loaf

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put sugar, water, dates,apricots, butter and bi-carb into a pot.
  2. Stir over low heat until butter and sugar is melted.
  3. In a bowl place flour , mashed banana and eggs.
  4. Stir the pot mixture into the flour mixture, making sure to mix well.
  5. Place into two well greased and lined pan loaves.
  6. Bake at 190 degrees celcius, for 35 minutes test to make sure it is cooked in the middle.
  7. ENJOY !
  8. Freezes really well !
