Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut strawberries in half.
  2. Slice avocado.
  3. Toss strawberries and avocadoes with crumbled goat cheese.
  4. Cook vinegar with brown sugar over medium heat to reduce, stirring constantly. When thickened, remove from heat to cool.
  5. Pour cooled vinegar reduction over fruit and toss to coat.
