Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a dutch oven, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the prepped tomatoes, salt, basil and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain. Place in a 4 quart baking dish and stir in the sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, or until heated through and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
