Baked Tomatoes with Orzo and Olives

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees or grill
  2. Halve and hollow tomatoes, place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients except the cheese together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Carefully stuff the tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
