Vegan Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Directions:

  1. Mix the garlic, basil and pine nuts in a food processor.
  2. Slowly add the olive oil.
  3. Follow with the hot water.
  4. Use for pasta, bread, etc.
