Baked Taco Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 chicken (3-4 lb.), cut up (i've used chicken wings too)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In resealable plastic bag, add flour, taco seasoning and salt
  3. Seat bag and combine
  4. In shallow bowl, beat egg and milk
  5. Dip chicken into egg mixture
  6. Put in bag and shake to coat
  7. Bake on greased baking sheet for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear
