Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray a 10 inch with cooking spray.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  3. Combine pasta, eggs, butter, 2 tablespoons parmesan and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a large bowl; toss to coat well. place in prepared baking dish, pressing onto bottom and sides of dish.
  4. Mix spinach, cottage cheese, remaining parmesan, and remaining salt in a medium bowl. spread in center of pasta mixture. pour pasta sauce over spinach mixture without covering edge of pasta.
  5. Bake pie for 30 minutes. sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce. continue baking until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. let stand 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
