Directions:

  1. Sprinkle raw spaghetti in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  2. Mix tomatoes, water, onion and pepper and pour over spaghetti.
  3. Add cheese and cover.
  4. Bake 90 mins at 300F.
