Baked Imperial Chicken With Cumberland Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dip chicken in melted butter.
  2. Mix next 3 ingredients together.
  3. Roll chicken in mixture and place in shallow baking dish and refrigerate.
  4. When ready to cook, bring to room temperature and dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less.
  6. For cumberland sauce: Combine ingredients and simmer until smooth.
  7. Serve over chicken and rice.
