Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt, pineapple juice and egg in a saucepan.
  2. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cook over medium heat until thick.
  4. In a 1 quart casserole, layer pineapple, cheese and marshmallows.
  5. Pour cooked mixture over the top.
  6. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
