Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until lemon in color.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
