Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat the milk without boiling it.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and pour the milk on, beating well.
  3. Strain the mixture into an oven proof dish or into individual dishes, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake in a 300 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until set.
  4. Serves 6.
