Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Separate cauliflower into flowerets (small pieces).
  2. Cook till barely tender about 5 minute.
  3. Drain very well.
  4. Treat an 8 x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Spread a layer of cauliflower in dish nestle about half the ham in all the nooks & crannies.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper, and 1/2 the parmesan cheese.
  7. Repeat layer.
  8. Mix egg, sour cream, onion & tomato paste.
  9. Pour over the top.
  10. Mix melted butter with crumbs and spread over the top.
  11. Bake at 350F for 20 -30 min until golden.
