Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with oil cooking spray.
  3. Pat the fish dry.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients in a shallow bowl and stir well.
  5. Dip the catfish in the melted butter and roll in the bread crumb mixture.
  6. Arrange the fillets in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
