Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Peel bananas and slice lengthwise.
  2. Place in buttered pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
