Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use standard canning procedures.
  2. Place bananas and lemon juice into a saucepan. Mix well.
  3. Stir in pectin. Add butter to reduce foaming.
  4. Bring to a full rolling boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Add sugars and stir till well blended.
  6. Add walnuts and spices, mix well.
  7. Return to rolling boil and boil 1 minute stirring constantly.
  8. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
  9. Ladle into prepared jars within 1/8 in of top.
  10. Seal with good canning procedures.
