Banana Coconut Bake

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium bananas
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup. packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Grease pie plate.
  3. Cut bananas crosswise in half; cut each half lengthwise in half
  4. Place in pie plate.
  5. Dot bananas with butter.
  6. Drizzle with orange and lemon juices.
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut.
  8. Bake uncovered 8 to 10 minutes or until coconut is golden.
