Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut a slice from the top of each apple.
  2. Core the apples.
  3. Carefully remove the apple pulp, leaving a shell approximately 1/2-in. thick.
  4. Chop the pulp and mix with granola and brown sugar.
  5. Spoon mixture into apple shells.
  6. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes and 400 degrees.
  7. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more.
  8. Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
