Baked Acorn Squash With Sherry (Thanksgiving)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sherry wine

Directions:

  1. Cut squash in half and scrape the cavities clean.
  2. Melt the butter and mix with the brown sugar and sherry.
  3. Pile this mixture into each cavity and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
