Directions:

  1. Place olive oil into pan and add onion and cook till lightly browned.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and dash pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer a minute or two.
  3. Top each serving with crumbled bacon.
  4. Enjoy.
