Bacon And Cream Cheese Rollups

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 package cream cheese with chives
  • 6-7 pieces good white bread

Directions:

  1. Pre-cook baco until just starting to brown(you don't want to crisp)Remove crusts from bread and spread with cream cheese. Slice bread into thirds. Roll bacon around bread and secure with toothpick. Place on a cookie sheet treated with Pam. Heat in a 350 oven for about 20-30 mins or until golden brown turning once.
