Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer.
  3. Blend well, about 3 minutes.
  4. Bake in a well greased tube or bunt pan for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of center clean.
  5. Once removed from oven let rest for 10-15 minutes then turn cake out on a cake plate.
  6. After cake is completely cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar over cake for a sweet added touch.
