Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer,beat cream cheese and sweet potatoes together.
  3. Add sugar and half and half. Continue to beat until mixture is fluffy.
  4. Add butter and eggs Mix well
  5. Toss in cinnamon,nutmeg,flour, and vanilla. Mix well
  6. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  7. Bake in center of oven for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  8. Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
