Directions:

  1. Peal Avocado skin away and chop into small pieces, make sure to remove seed and throw away. If you are not using baby shrimp, chop shrimp into smaller bite size pieces. Mix in with chopped Tomato, Onion, and then sprinkle and mix in Lime Juice into a bowl. For more kick, mix in just a pinch of cajun seasoning. Then top off with Pistachios (chop each one in half). Best served fresh and cold.
