Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup pine nuts

Directions:

  1. Remove skin and pip from avocado.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
