Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dry southwest seasoning (such as emeril's soutwest seasoning)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 cup torn green leaf lettuce(about 3 oz.)
  • 3 cup torn bibb lettuce leaves(about 3 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes,halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Directions:

  1. In large bowl,whisk together vinegar,chives,honey,southwest seasoning,salt and pepper. Whisk in oil till blended.
  2. Add lettuces,cherry tomatoes,avocado and onion to bowl. Gently toss until well coated in dressing mixture.
