  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Salt and pepper the pork chops to taste. Lightly dredge in flour and brown in butter over medium heat, flipping once to brown both sides.
  2. Once chops are browned, stir in onion and apple juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes or until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145 F.
  3. Meanwhile, place apple slices on a baking sheet. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve the apples over the pork chops.
