Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Heat oil to medium high in a large skillet.
  3. Brown chops on both sides.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add apples, cider/juice, and brown sugar.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  6. Meanwhile, mix cornstarch and remaining juice/cider.
  7. Remove apples and chops and keep warm on a platter.
  8. Whip cornstarch mixture into pan juices and stir until thickened.
  9. Spoon sauce over chops and serve!
