Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350’.
  2. Grease one large loaf pan.
  3. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and blend.
  4. Add eggs, beat well.
  5. Mash bananas with a fork and add to the first mixture.
  6. Sift the flour with the salt and soda and add and stir well.
  7. Pour into greased pan.
  8. Bake at 350’ for 50-60 minutes or until the pick comes out clean.
