Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of finely choped pecans

Directions:

  1. Mash the bananas then add your sugar and your dried ingredients( pecans, bakeing soda, salt, flour ) then add your bananas egg and butter to the bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.gressed and floured your loaf pan. then bake at 350 degrees about 50 to 60 minute.
