Aunt Ethel's Sauerkraut Relish

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 (3 oz) jar pimentos (with juice )

Directions:

  1. Dice celery, green peppers and onion.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Serve cold.
