Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix in a saucepan over low heat, until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Cool & pour over salad - add chow mein noodles and mandarin oranges - mmmmmm!
