Very easy - and VERY good!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Mix in a saucepan over low heat, until sugar is dissolved.
2. Cool & pour over salad - add chow mein noodles and mandarin oranges - mmmmmm!
