Ingredients:

  • 1 package of cole slaw mix or 1 red cabbage shredded in food processor
  • tsp of salt
  • 1 or 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • pinch of celery seed
  • 2 pinches of crushed red pepper
  • dash tabasco
  • dash soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Salt the cole slaw mix, let this sit for 15 minutes or so then drain in a colander.
  2. Mix everything else and add to the slaw.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Let this sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
