Arabic Cinnamon Drink (Iner)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 5 medium cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder (if using fresh ginger lessen quantity abit)
  • 3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

Directions:

  1. Boil all the ingredients in a saucepan except nuts on high heat, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain into cups.
  3. Garnish with nuts.
  4. Serve hot.
