Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve the milk powder in the water.
  2. Allow to come to the boil on low heat.
  3. Add sugar, almonds and rice powder.
  4. Stir continusly for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the cardamom.
  6. Pour into cups Sprinkle ginger if desired.
  7. Serve hot.
