Ingredients:

  • 1 large box of apricot jello
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 number 2 can crushed pineapple
  • topping
  • 2 heaping tbsp flour
  • 3 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp, butter

Directions:

  1. Mix the jello with the water as pkg directs
  2. Then mix with the above ingredients,except the juice of the pineapple
  3. Which you will use in your topping
  4. Chill until firm
  5. Make the topping and spread on the jello after its firm.
  6. Cook the topping ingredients in a double boiler until thick
  7. Then beat in 3 oz of softened cream cheese
