  1. Combine first 7 ingredients, whisking to blend. Pour half of marinade into a freezer bag with pork chops; reserving the rest of the marinade in the refrigerator. Marinate pork chops in the refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove pork chops from the bag and combine two marinades. Sear pork chops over medium high heat in olive oil about 2 minutes each side. Add marinade to pan and bring to a boil, Reduce to a simmer and cook about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
