Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray 11x7 baking pan with cooking spray
  3. Put apricots in a saucepan with butter and honey over low heat until butter melts
  4. Put Rice Krispies in food processor and process until fine crumbs.
  5. Mix cereal crumbs in a bowl with almonds, egg, egg yolk and flour
  6. In large bowl, mix cereal mixture and honey mixture
  7. Put half in baking pan and press down with a spoon until compact
  8. In small bowl, mix preserves and lemon juice
  9. Spread it on top of cereal mixture in pan
  10. Press remaining cereal mixture on top of preserves
  11. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown
  12. Cool and cut into 2 in. squares.
