Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup applesauce

Directions:

  1. Add flour, salt and baking powder into a medium size bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butter, milk and egg.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until well blended.
  4. Add vanila and applesauce.
  5. Make as many small or large pancakes as you like : )
