Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups applesauce

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Pour onto hot griddle.
  3. Serve with maple syrup and butter.
